Frodo (from the Lord of the Rings) would fit in at Golden House Guesthouse! There are some lovely styled rooms here - one of them is like a miniature house with stairs up to the top floor! It's on a nice quiet street, centrally positioned inside Chiang Mai's old city walls. The staff are friendly. There's a sociable area to sit and chat with other guests. Really a lovely little hostel that people in search of a guesthouse might not find due to its quiet location.
