R.C.N Residence - A popular place and good deals if your staying for a month.

RCN Residence has been open since 1996. They have 44 rooms. Each room has wifi internet for your laptop. Every room has cable TV, air conditioning, hot water and a fridge.

Rooms cost 500 baht a night. For a week, you can stay here for 2,600 baht. The best deal is for a month - you can stay for about 6,500 baht (just over 200 baht a night)Often to rent an apartment in Chiang Mai, you have to sign a 6 month contract so this is very convenient to be able to stay for just one month.
